The room

A small room built around one oven

The brick oven sits in the middle of the dining room, and almost everything we serve passes through it. We burn seasoned oak and ash from a woodland in Sussex.

Chef Hana Okafor opened Kiln in 2021 with a short menu that changes every week. Sit at the counter to watch the kitchen, or book a table in the main room.
